中文摘要 | 鋼板工場之軋延,目前係利用Hydraulic Cylinder之動力對每道軋延之Gap作輔助 設定及軋延中對軋延作張力,及油膜等之補償以使每道軋延後之鋼板厚度變異達到最小,加 上 EGO 外形控制功能,使鋼板外形趨於完善,提高 Yield。 由於現行採用之傳統類比控制 線路較易受雜訊、溫度等因素之影響,且系統反應速度較慢,再加上傳統類比 Sensor(Messotron Sensor) 具有非線性之缺點,且亦較易受環境之影響, 使控制精度較不 能準確,而新近採用之 DGGAGE 為 Micro processor 式之 Digital System,具有反應快速 , 調整方式簡易之優點,且 Digital Position Sensor 精準度大大的提高,去除了 Drift 、Linearity 等之問題, 改善了原有 Analog System 之缺失, 並增加 Torque Overshoot Suppression 功能以降低 MIS(Metal In Stand) 時 Impact 之不良效應,減少 Housing 所 受之衝擊及無形損傷,延長其使用年限,並增進鋼板軋延之性能。 |
英文摘要 | In Plate Mill, the Hydraulic power cylinders make an auxiliary setting of rolling gap and perform mill stretch & oil film compensation during each rolling pass to reduce the thickness deviation of the rolling plate. With the adoption of EGO system (Egalisation Optimum Sizing), the plan view pattern of rolled plate has achieved a perfect rectangular shape and hence a higher yield has been reached. The tranditional analog control system tends to be influenced by noise, temperature.....etc. In addition, the response time of analog system is not fast enough, and non-linearity defect on analog position sensor (MESSOTRON SENSOR) is very severe. All of there make the analg system unsuitable for more and more stringent demand on the rolling today. The modern Digital Type DGGAGE is based on Micro processor. It has fast response and easy to adjust with programming. The Digital Position sensor is modern and highly accurate without the deficiency of analog sensor. With the additional Torque Overshoot Suppression function in the system, the abnormal impact force on the housing can be reduced, resulting in longer housing life and higher rolling performance. |
