中文摘要 | 實施鋼胚熱進爐,不但可降低能源耗用,更可減少加熱時間,提昇產量。因此小 鋼胚工場從民國67年12月即開始試行大鋼胚熱進爐。初期以250℃以上為目標,至民 國72年12月以後以500℃以上為目標,之後再經相關單位發揮團隊精神,不斷的改善 而使熱進爐率由73年的42.85%進步到85年累計至9月的67.67%。耗熱率也 由67年的每噸大鋼胚53萬仟卡,進步到84年的27.58萬仟卡。年產量也由近90 萬噸進步到85年度的152.7萬噸。本文簡要說明所採取的各項改善過程及方法。 |
英文摘要 | For saving energy and increasing Billets production,hot charge of Bloom into the reheating furnace became one of the important items in the management by objectives of rolling mill. In 1978, second year after the start up of billet rolling mill,250 ℃ is the aim temperature of the hot charge Bloom. In 1983, the temperature of hot charge is aimed at 500 ℃. Owing to the successful teamwork within the corelated production sections, hot charge rate increased from 42.85% in 1984 to 67.67% in 1996. The energy consumption decreased from 53 × 10 kcal/MT Bloom to 27.58 × 10 kcal/MT Bloom. Annually production of Billet increased from 0.9 million tons to 1.52 million tons. This report describes how those achievements was got. |
