中文摘要 | 提高熱進爐率為全世界各大鋼廠努力之目標,主要的是熱進爐作業之推動能夠 節約能源、減少鋼胚庫存、降低製程時間、提升製程能力。最重要的是熱進爐作業能夠配合 「 ISO 14001 」認證及「聯合國氣候變化鋼要」之要求,降低有害氣體之排放。 鋼板工場 自 85 年 7 月以來, 經由專案小組之努力,在兩年之內將扁鋼胚之熱進爐率,由 0.25 % 提升至目前的 30 %。本文主要闡述鋼板工場之扁鋼胚熱進爐作業應具備之生產管理系統及 鋼板工場熱進爐作業二年多來之作業狀況分析、改善措施;其次介紹目前之作業實績對於節 約能源、降低庫存及減少空氣污染之貢獻。 藉助日本 K 製鐵公司之技術服務,鋼板工場將 有機會學習 K 公司在此領域之經驗,提升扁鋼胚熱進爐率, 迎頭趕上其他各先進鋼廠之水 準。 |
英文摘要 | To increase slab hot charge ratio is the aim that the steel mills all over the world strive to reach. The main reason is that the slab hot charge operation is able to save energy, reduce slab storage, decrease production time and improve production technology. The most importance is that the slab hot charge operation is able to match the requirement of "ISO 14001" and "Climate Changing Outline of the United Nations" to reduce the emission of harmful waste gas. Since July, 1996, through the effort of the task force, the slab hot charge ratio of CSC's Plate Mill increase from 0.25% to 30% within 2 years. This paper is to describe the new production management system of the slab hot charge operation and the analysis of operation condition in past 2 years at the Plate Mill. This paper is also to introduce the strategy of the improvement on the slab hot charge operation as well as the achievements on the energy saving, slab storage reducing and air pollution decreasing. Through the technical service of K company, the Plate Mill has the chance to learn the experience from K company on this field to increase slab hot charge ratio, and to catch up the level of other advanced steel mills. |
