英文摘要 | The trench dimensions, soil properties and environmental conditions are the parameters that influence the heat dissipation from the cable and the ampacities of the cables systems. The ampacity is determined by the maximun temperature at which the insulation of the cable can be operated and, by the method of heat dissipation through the cable and its surroundings. This paper presents a study of the heat dissipated from the buried cables system using the finite element method. The temperature in multilayered soil surrounding a buried cables system is calculated by the heat input rate. The results given are useful for improving the effeciency of the underground transmission system. |
