中文摘要 | 柚木,山黃麻,臺灣赤楊及江某四種木材之三公分厚板材以高溫乾燥及傳統窯乾 處理,比較其乾燥時間,乾燥材瑕疵,物理及機械性質之變化,以評估兩種作業法之效益。 試驗顯示結果如下: 1.江某以高溫乾燥處理,其所需時間較傳統窯乾法減少57%,能源消耗 則節省38%。2.臺灣赤楊二段窯乾法之乾燥瑕疵較少,乾燥時間縮減30%,能源消耗節省27% 。3.柚木及山黃麻仍以傳統式窯乾法為宜。4.江某以高溫乾燥處理之潰陷略少及無蜂巢裂之 外,其餘三種木材之高溫乾燥發生之潰陷及蜂巢裂比率均甚高。5.臺灣赤楊之收縮率以二段 窯乾法處理者較小,其餘三種木材之收縮率則以傳統窯乾者較小。6.四種木材之硬度及衝擊 彎曲吸收能量均以高溫乾燥者較弱,山黃麻之靜曲破壞係數,彈性係數及劈裂抵抗均以高溫 乾燥者較強,其餘諸力學強度之優劣於各種乾燥處理方法之間隨樹種而異。 |
英文摘要 | Four species of lumber, Teak, India-charcoal trema, Formosan alder and Schefflera tree 120cm(L)X12cm(W)X3cm(T), were dried with high-temperature drying (HTD), conventional kiln drying (CKD) and conventional--high-temperature (two stage) drying (CHD), with this information available a lumber process will be able to ascertain if one method is suitable than the other. The results obtained by this experiment can summarize as follows: 1.Dried with HTD could be reduced drying time about 57%, and energy consumption saved about 38% than CKD. 2.Less drying defects were occuried of Formosan alder dried with CHD, drying time was decreased 30% and the energy consumption was decreased 27% than CKD. 3.Conventional kiln drying (CKD) was suitable for Teak and India-charcoal trema than HTD. 4.Except Schefflera tree, more amount of collapse and honeycomb were occuried while dried with HTD. 5.The shrinkage ratio of Formosan alder diminished with CHD, but increased in other three species with HTD. 6.Wood dried with HTD, somewhat lower values in hardness and impact bending strength of all the four species, but slight increase of MOR and MOE of static bending and cleavage strength in India-charcoal trema. |
