中文摘要 | 再生能源係存在於自然界中生生不息之能源,包含有地熱、太陽能、水力、潮汐 、波浪、海洋溫差、風力及生質能等。但因其規模較小,導致其單位開發成本較高、回收年 限較長,所以在目前水準的能源價格情況下,再生能源發電並無強而有力之經濟誘因促使其 被大量開發運用,而僅能輔助或替代部份電力。有鑑於此,本文旨在對國內現有再生能源發 電效益評估模式進行檢討,研擬訂定合理之再生能源發電效益評估方法及量化評估模式,並 以澎湖風力發電計畫為例加以比較,以供臺電公司參考。 |
英文摘要 | Since the 1973's oil crisis, the Taiwanese government has tried hard to diversify her energy resources. Among various energy resources, renewable energy has attracted policy-makers' attention due to its environment-friendly and self-sufficient nature. However, renewable technologies are economically unfavourable compared with fossil fuels because of low reliability and low energy yield. The objective of this study, therefore, is to develop a framework to assess the benefit of renewable energy for power generation precisely. To achieve this, the appraisal method currently used by Taipower was analyzed first, and then a modified method was provided. Finally, the wind power generation plan in Penghu was used as a demonstration to compare these methods. |
