英文摘要 | The ability of leadership governance not only can be inherent; it can also be cultivated by learning and training. However, the realleadership and governance usually depend on each individual person and his style. The environment and situation are also important factors; under different counditions, they may need special treatment of leadership and governance. Sometimes, the style of each leader is much affected by the environment which he belongs. The types of leader can usually be distinguished into three categories: dictatorial, liberal, and democratic; no matter what type he is, he should have responsibilities to his unit, his boss, and also his suordinate. The essential requirement of a successful leader is to keep good personality and to enhance his expertise. The goal of leadership; and governance is to prevent conflict from happening; to gain harmonic relations from each side. Finally, the prosperous career of leader can be smoothly achieved. |
