英文摘要 | Because of the regulation our government, the accounting menbers have to perform the job under two different commanting systems, which is more complicated than those who only face single organizational structure. Thus, the syudy will explore the two most concerning questions:Job Satisfaction and organizational commitment. The main research questions are as followings: 1.Understanding the job satisfaction of our government's accountants. 2.Understanding the organizational commitment of our government's accountants facing two different structure (service institution and accounting department). 3.Understanding the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of our government's accountants. |
