中文摘要 | 對於如何增進塑膠磁石之磁特性,而且也改善塑膠磁石之加工性是本研究的探討 目的。將耐隆 66 塑膠粒的表面予以( 3- 氯 - 1,2- 環氧丙烷) epicholohydrine 電漿 接枝於表面改質。 或以 epoxy ring 或 oxybutane group 等不同的官能基接於耐隆 66 之 表面而做的成型前處理。由於耐隆 66 表面可濕潤的影響增進在塑膠與磁粉之界面間的結合 力。此外,耐隆 66 及聚氨酯( PU )再與磁粉混練而製成塑膠磁石,雖然改善些許加工性 ,但其磁特性亦稍微下降。而耐隆 66 ( N66 )耐隆 66 及耐隆 6 ( N6 )混練,此兩種 基材製成的塑膠磁石雖保持了磁特性但其加工時的扭力依然很高,易損害加工設備,不適於 一般的製程使用。本研究吾人建議經由電漿處理的製程稍微增加耐隆 66 的支鏈,將可以增 進此塑膠磁石的加工性且仍可保持磁特性。 |
英文摘要 | The goal of the study is to improve the magnetic properties of the plastic magnet but also to improve the processability of the plastic magnets. The modification of Nylon 66 surface was achieved by glowing discharge with epichologydrine. Various functional groups such as epoxy ring or oxybutane groups were introduced onto Nylon 66 surface as a result. The influence of wettability of the Nylon 66 surfaceenhance the adhensiveness of the interface between plastics and magnetic powders. Nylon 66 and polyurethane (PU) blended with magnetic powders as plastic magnet. Although improve some processability, its magnetic properties are lightly reduced. Nylon 66 and Nylon66/Nylon6 blended, these two kinds plastic magnet maintained magnetic properties but its process torque is too high, not suited to ordinary process. This research we thought slightly increasing the grafting chains of the Nylon 66, will improve the processability of the plastic magnet and still maintain the magnetic properties. |
