中文摘要 | 本文之目的是以電漿技術改質聚酯織物的表面特性,藉以改善織物之濕潤性,吸濕性,擴散性,滲透性,及舒適性。 本研究是以氧、氮、或氬等氣體之電漿來處理聚酯織物的表面結構以達化學改質,由結果顯示聚酯織物的濕潤性,吸濕性,擴散性,滲透性是依據氣體種類及處理條件而定。在同樣處理條件下,氧氣電漿處理之聚酯織物是比氮氣或氬氣電漿處理的織物更具有濕潤性與吸濕性,且呈現圓形擴散。氮氣電漿處理的織物雖然具有最小的濕潤性,吸濕性與長方形擴散,然而織物背面顯示最大的滲透性。 從ESCA及SEM圖上顯示表面化學組成與形態是隨著氣體種類,能量﹝W﹞及處理時間而定,而且會影響織物之濕潤性,吸濕性,擴散性及滲透性。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this work is to study the modification of the surface properties of the polyester fabrics after treated by plasma technique with the aim of improving the wettability, absorption, diffusion, permeability and comfort. Polyester fabric was treated by plasma initiated in argon, oxygen, cr nitrogen. It was observed that the change in the surface structure of the polyester fabric was dependent on the gas type and treatment condition. The oxygen plasma-treated polyester fabrics impart the best wettability and absorption than argon or nitrogen plasma treatment at the same condition. Although the nitrogen plasma-treated fabrics give the smallest wettability and absorption, it provides the best permeability from the backside of treated fabric and its spreading of water is on the warp and weft way. Whereas, the spreading of water in oxygen plasma-treated fabric is circular. The data of ESCA and SEM show that the surface chemical composition and morphology of polyester fabric are dependent on the gas type, discharge power (watt) and treated time. Moreover, they also influence the wettability, absorption and diffusion of fabrics. |
