中文摘要 | 本研究以省產柳杉材為釘接材料,分析國內常用之箱用釘2d至40d等九種規格在木材弦切面之側向引拔抵抗能力,並比較一至八週等六種不同釘著時間以及釘入深度對鐵釘側向引拔抵抗之影響,同時也分析四種以釘槍趨動之鐵釘釘接效果以供業者參考。研究結果顯示,16d箱用釘在釘入深度為釘直徑的17倍及20倍時較釘直徑13倍之深度為優,在22倍釘直徑時反有降低之趨勢。箱用釘在柳杉平行木理及垂直木理方向之側向引拔抵抗效果大致無明顯差別。各規格箱用釘之側向引拔抵抗能力與釘直徑之平方呈正比。8d,10d,16d釘在釘入柳杉材8週後之側向引拔抵抗值僅為釘入一天後者的70.2%。以釘槍組合之釘著效果較傳統釘槌施工者為差,其中捲釘優于T形釘53.4%,T形釘優于ㄇ形釘48.5%,而ㄇ形釘優于一形釘85.1%。 |
英文摘要 | The domestic Japanese fir sawn lumber is used as nailing substrate to investigate the lateral resistance of box nails for nine penny weights. The results indicated that the nailing performance can be improved in proportional to the square of nail diameter. The values of lateral resistance for 16d box nail with driven depth of 17 times and 20 times of nail diameters are higher than that of 13 times of nail diameter and then the reduction can be found at driven depth of 22 times of nail diameter due to early failure at side member during the tests. It also indicated that no significant difference of lateral resistance is found for the specimens tested in the direction of either parallel or perpendicular to the grain. There are averaged 29.8% of reduction in lateral resistance for 8d, 10d, 16d box nails assembled for a period of 8 weeks as comparing to that assembled for 1 day duration. The poor performance in lateral resistance were found for four types of nails operated by pneumatic fastening tools as compared to traditional operation of hammer. The values of lateral resistance of coil nails is higher than that of T-nails with 53.4%, and the values of T-nails is higher than that of staples with 48.5%, and the values of staples is higher than that of single-leg staples with 85.1%. |
