中文摘要 | 左右失辨現象,在神經科病人中並不罕見,一般認為與優勢半腦功能較 有關連,但確實的機轉至今仍無定論。本研究的目的,乃在於探討左右失辨現象 受教育影響的程度,以及在大腦病變定位上之價值。我們利用一個包含四個分項 的左右辨認測驗,對46位右利且具單一腦傷之病患,以及52位正常人進行評估。 結果顯示左側(優勢)半腦腦傷之病人,在各分項與總分均較正常組為差;而右腦腦 傷之病人與正常組在各分項之表現及總分均無差異。只有56的正常組得到滿分。 此外,男性與受教育年數也與左右辨認之得分呈正相關。由此結果,再次支持左 右失辨與左腦病變的相關性;另外,教育程度對左右辨認,亦有相當程度之影響。 (慈濟醫學1996;8:279-284) |
英文摘要 | Right-left disorientation (RLD) is not infrequently observed in neurologic patients, but itssignificance and lateralbing value are still uncertain. A test battery composed of four components forright-left discrimination was used to detect RLD among 46 dextral Taiwanese patients with a unilateralcerebral lesion and 52 normal subjects. The performance of the patients with left hemispheric lesionswas inferior to that of controls in every component of the task. Those with right hemispheric lesionsshowed no difference as compared with controls. Only 56 of the normal subjects had errorlessperformance. Moreover, subjects with more education years had better performance. We conclude thatRLD is related to a dominant hemispheric lesion and education. (Tzu Chi Med J 1996; 8: 279-284) |
