中文摘要 | 本研究利用N-氧化吡啶類觸媒為反相間轉移催化劑,在水/二氯甲烷兩相反應系統中,探討苯甲醯氯與酚類進行取代反應以合成苯甲酸芳香酯之反應動力學。 由實驗結果顯示,催化劑之活性大小為N-氧化吡啶類觸類>四級銨鹽>三級胺。詳細探討不同取代基之N-氧化吡啶類觸媒對生成苯甲酸苯醴反應速率及產率之影響。並選擇不同極性及物性之有機溶劑包括二氯甲烷、正己烷、甲苯、氯苯及苯等為有機相以評估其對反應速率之影響。 |
英文摘要 | The reaction kinetics fox the aryl benzoates substitution reaction of benzoyl chloride and phenols in a two-phase water/dichloromethane medium, using pyridine N-oxides (PNOs) as the inverse phase-transfer catalysts (IPTCs) were studied. The experimental results reveal that the order of catalytic activity is pyridine N-oxides>quaternary ammonium salts>tertiary amines. The effects of the different types of pyridine N-oxides on the overall reaction rate and the yield of the main product phenyl benzoate were investigated in detail. To evaluate the effects of the physical properties of solvent on the overall reaction rate, various polarity of organic solvents, including dichloromethane, hexane, toluene, chlorobenzene and benzene, were served as the organic medium in a two-phase reaction. |
