中文摘要 | 本篇論文研究在水/二氯甲烷二相溶液中,鄰-,間-或對-溴苯甲醯氯(BrC6H4COCl)與鄰-,間-對-溴苯甲酸鈉或苯甲酸鈉在1-氧化吡啶(PNO)催化下之反相間轉移反應之動力學。研究得知BrC6H4COCl與PNO在有機相之反應為速率決定步驟,而其反應遵守一級反應之速率法則。實驗測得之速率常數與PNO濃度有線性關係且隨pH值增加而下降。在相似條件下,對PNO反應之活性依序為2-BrC6H4COCl>3-BrC6H4COCl>4-BrC6H4COCl>PhCOCl。 |
英文摘要 | The substitution reactions of 2-, 3- or 4-bromobenzoyl chloride (2-, 3- or 4-BrC6H4COCl) and 2-, 3- or 4-bromobenzoate (2-, 3- or 4-BrC6H4COO-)or benzoate (PhCOO-) ion in a two-phase H2O/CH2Cl2 medium using pyridine 1-oxide (PNO) as an inverse phase-transfer catalyst were investigated. The reaction of BrC6H4COCl and PNO in organic phase to produce the intermediate, 1-bromobnzoyloxy)-pyridinium chloride (BrC6H4COONP+Cl-) is the rate-determining step. The observed pseudo-first-order rate constant is a linear function of the initial concentration of PNO in aqueous phase and it decreases with increased pH value of the aqueous solution. The order of reactivities of benzoyl chlorides toward reaction with PNO is 2-BrC6H4COCL>3-BrC6H4COCl>4-BrC6H4COCl>PhCOCl. |
