中文摘要 | 本文旨在發展一套修正穿孔法技術,以量測薄板上之平面非均勻性雙軸向殘留應力。將商用之三瓣玫瑰花形應變規貼於待測件後,於應變規之中心先鑽一小孔,後再予以擴孔,並分別量測兩次鑽孔之徑向釋放應變。薄板上之平面非均勻性雙軸向殘留應力即以兩次鑽孔所得之徑向釋放應變求得。文內之公式已含入應變規之面積效應,並探討釋放應變係數隨應變規長度、寬度、及卜桑比之變化情形。同時,也討論釋放應變百分比隨(規圓半徑╱鑽孔半徑)及卜桑比之變化關係。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this investigation is to develop a modified hole-drilling technique to determine the in-plane non-uniform biaxial residual stresses in a thin plate. A commercial three-element strain gage rosette is cemented on the specified position to measure the radial relieved strains resulted from drilling a small central hole and then enlarging it. The magnitudes and directions of the original existing non-uniform biaxial residual stresses are thus determined by the measured relieved strains. The effect of the gage area on the relieved strain is included in the analytic equations. The influence of various parameters including gage length, gage width, and Poisson's ratio on the coefficients of the relieved strain is taken into consideration. Moreover, the percentage of relieved strain per strain value before hole-drilling for various R/a (gage circle radius/hole radius) and Poisson's ratio is also explored in this paper. |
