中文摘要 | 本文在研究與製作一個靜態紅外線影像產生器,它是利用電腦產生之影像灰階編 碼技術製成。靜態紅外線影像產生器有如下特點:高溫度解析度,高空間解析度與精確度, 高明暗對比,同時可以用來模擬高溫輻射體,文中吾人討論一個靜態影像光罩之設計與製程 。光罩之圖像係由雷射印表機,利用影像灰階編碼技術製成。由於碳粉之重疊而產生之誤差 亦一併予以檢視。本研究之目的在於製作一個標準紅外線信號源,用來做專科光學教學上之 光學調校與校正,和紅外線量測技術之所需。本文之研究揭露了紅外線信號之神秘面紗,有 助於專科教育對紅外線實驗與系統架設之教學參考,此可落實技職教育並培養高科技人才。 |
英文摘要 | A static infrared scene generator based on computer generated half-tone image was designed and tested. Static infrared scene generator has the features of high temperature resolution, high spatial resolution and accuracy, and high contrast ratio that can be used to simulate high temperature infrared source. The design and fabrication process of the static scene image mask was discussed here. A laser printer was used to generate the half-toned scene image. The error due to the overlapping of the printed image was also discussed. The purpose of this research can also be used for the optical alignment, infrared measurement and calibration setup for the optical engineering class in the college. The results unveil the mystery of the infrared signal processing. The contribution of this paper will greatly help the setup and design of an infrared experiment course at college education. |
