中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是探討在高油與膽固醇飲食下,飼養含磷脂質與否之飼料8週或26週,對大白鼠血漿及肝脂質影響之差異。研究對象為4週大的雄性Wistar大白鼠,採隨機取樣將實驗分為8組。實驗以AIN-76合成飼料為基礎飼料而略經修飾。實驗期滿後將大白鼠禁食一夜,犧牲取樣,及進行血漿脂質與肝臟脂質分析,並做肝臟切片,以光學顯微鏡觀察肝臟組織的變化。結果顯示:攝取高不飽和油脂8週或26週的動物,其飼料中含磷脂質,對血漿之總脂質、膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)和磷脂質皆無顯著影響,但飼養短期可降低血漿之三酸甘油酯(TG)(p<0.05)。而在高飽和脂肪酸飼料中含磷脂質,則明顯降低大白鼠之血漿總脂質、TG、膽固醇和磷脂質(p<0.05),下降值與予黃豆油飼料組相近。肝臟分析與切片觀察均發現大白鼠攝取添加磷脂質之飼料,肝臟中之總脂質、膽固醇和TG皆非常顯著降低(P<0.01),但雖有添加磷脂質,經長期飼養後,其肝臟總脂質之堆積會明顯高於短期飼養者(p<0.05)。因此添加磷脂質於高飽和油脂飼料中較添加於高不飽和油脂飼料中,改善血漿脂質的效果為佳。另外,飼料中含磷脂質,能非常顯著降低肝臟脂質,但經長期飼餐後,其肝臟總脂質之堆積會明顯高於短期飼養者。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the effects of short- (8 weeks) or long-(26 weeks)term feeding of phospholipids on plasma and liver lipid levels. Weaned maleWistar rats were randomly divided into 8 dietary groups, 6 in each. The basaldiet was based on AIN-76 synthetic diet with slight modification. After 8 or 26 weeks feeding, all rats were fasted overnight and sacrificed for serum and liverlipid analyses and liver sections. The results showed that both short and longterm feeding of phospholipids in soybean oil diet did not affect the plasma totallipids, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) or phospholipids.However, plasma triacyiglycerol (TG) was reduced by 8 weeks feeding of dietcontaining phospholipids (p<0.05). It was noted that phospholipids in hydrogenated beef-tallow diet significantly decreased plasma total lipids, TG, cholesterol, and phospholipids to the levels close to those in soybean oil groups in bothshort- and long-term feeding (p<0.05). Data from biochemical analyses andslide observation, showed that the dietary phospholipids largely reduced livertotal, lipids, TG and cholesterol (p<0.01). It was found that the accumulation of liver total lipids was higher in rats fed for 26 weeks than those fed for 8 weeks(p < 0.05). The data indicated that the rats fed diet containing high saturatedfats and phospholipids reduced plasma lipids levels more than those fed diet containing polyunsaturated oil and phospholipids. Furthermore, dietary phosphatessignificantly reduced liver lipids in rats. However, fat accumulation will increasewith feeding time. |
