中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在調查我國國民中小學資優班課程與教學的實施現況與問題。研究以自編「資優班課程與教學實施狀況調查表「、「資優班教師教學行為問卷」及資優班訪問問題大綱,進行調查研究。根據資優班教師樣本305人(國中教師118人,國小教師187人),及17所國民中小學資班的深度訪談及調查調料,綜合歸納研究結果如下: (1)資優班的教學活動大多採取邀發思考、團體討論、獨立學習、及校外參觀等較活潑的方法,並充分地利用校內外的資源;(2)資優班教材來源,國小以「自行設計者」使用率最高,國中則以「普通班教材」為主。資優班教師自行設計教材的工作負擔頗重;(3)國民中小學資優班的課程內容主要包括學科知識、過程技能及情意發展三方面。國中資優班較偏重學科知識,國小資優班的課程內容較為均衡;(4)在課程的調整上,國小資優班不論在內容、過程、成果及環境方面均較國中資優班符合區分性課程的性質;(5)國中資優班課程與教學的實施深受升學主義、聯考壓力的影響,國小資優班則迫切需要一個統整的課程架構;(6)集中式資優班與分散式資優班各有優點與限制,理想上分散式資優班較適合目前升學壓力甚大的社會環境,惟在技術及經營方面需要介入較大的行政支持與輔導。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the curriculum implementation and teaching practice of gifted education programs in elementary and secondary schools in Taiwan. By means of both the inventory survey and the interview, data were gathered from school administration staff and teachers of gifted education interview, data were gathered from school administration staff and teachers of gifted education programs. The results showed: (1)The content of the gifted curriculum involved three areas-subject knowledge, cognitive skills, and social-emotional development. The subject knowledge area was more emphasized. (2)The teaching skills and activities used frequently in gifted programs were brainstorming, questioning skills, small group discussion, creative problem-solving, and independent study. (3)In terms of the curriculum adaptation, the gifted program in elementary schools were more appropriately implemented than those in secondary schools. (4)The main curriculum implementation problems were the pressure of the joint Entrance Examination, heavy work load to prepare teaching materials, and the lack of a curriculum frame and guideline. |
