英文摘要 | This article reviewed literature in the topics of importance of leadership, personal characteristics of the laeders, the assessment of leadership, and the theories and practices of teaching leadership. According to the literature review, some suggestions about leadership education were proposed: 1.strengthening the leadership education of gifted students. 2.enriching the components of leadership education including. (1)the knowledge of subject matters. (2)the foundation of leadership. (3)the affective and skills of leadership. (4)the sensitivity of future. 3.developing the assessment tool of leadership. 4.combining the resources in schools and communities'. |
