| 中文摘要 | 廢棄物減量及資源化再利用是現代環保潮流。臺電火力電廠副產的煤 灰、油灰、及脫琉石膏,邁向資源化的歷程先後有別。其中煤灰由於有長期的研 究發展,並且因實施免費供灰的誘因,以及臺電煤灰處理與利用小組之努力宣導 推廣應用,目前飛灰資源佔百分率已甚高,然而底灰則因採用海邊灰塘處置而不 適於利用。臺電的排煙脫硫設備和燃油電廠的靜電除塵設備,都是在民國80年以 後才陸續設立,目前處理再利用的研發尚在起步階段,一部分脫硫石膏以很低廉 價格出售。面對未來三種固態副產物產量持續增加,如何提高資源化成效,本文 也提出一些見解。 |
| 英文摘要 | Reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste byproducts have already become the prevailing treatment principles in the whole world. Coal ash, oil-fired fly ash anddesulfurization gypsum are major solid wastes generated from Taipower's thermal power plants. Among them, pulverizedcoal-fired fly ash enjoyed the highest utilizing rate of morethan 70 due to long term reserch and promotion as well asfree pupply of ash fo users. However, bottom ash is not suitablefor utilization because of the adoption of near-shore ash pondtreatment. Desulfurization equipment for coal-fired powerplants and electrostatic precipitator equipment for oil-firedpower plants have been installed since 1991. A few relevantresearch activities have just initiated. Nowadays, a part ofdesulfurization gypsum is sold cheaply. Facing continuouslyincreasing amounts of the three hinds of by-products thisreport presents some suggestions to enhance the utilizationrate. |
