中文摘要 | 燃油機組靜電集塵器(EP)收集之油灰具有相當的熱值,且含硫、釩 腐 蝕性元素,因此EP油灰若擬採與粉煤混燒處理,必須先評估添加限制量,以避免 對鍋爐造成腐蝕加速之不利影響。 選擇SA213-T22鍋爐過熱器管材質製成試片,嵌埋在不同比例燃煤飛灰與油灰混 合灰中,放置於560℃,空氣流通之高溫爐最長達9個月,定期取樣,評估管材受 腐蝕情形,主要結果如下: 1.EP油灰性質與飛灰性質差異極大,油灰為酸性(pH值 約1~3間),熱值3700~5300Kcal/kg,含2以上的V���ㄐA及15~35的水溶性SO�瓷C2. 爐管試片埋於:飛灰、添加油灰分別為1/200、1/20、1/2之混合灰、油灰等五種情 況之高溫腐蝕模擬試驗後,由腐蝕增重量測、腐蝕外觀、微觀結構觀察結果,認 為油灰混於飛灰重量比不超過1/200時,可避免管材之加速氧化腐蝕。3.煤之灰含 量一般在10左右,因此建議燃煤電廠欲加入油灰混燒時,油灰添加於粉煤比例控 制於重量比1/2000。 |
英文摘要 | Oil fly ash was collected in EP in oil-fired power station.In addition to containing high heating value, the oil ashcontained abundant corrosive elements, such as sulfur andvanadium. Hence, the co-combustion by mixing such oil ashwith coal in boiler might cause high temperature corrosion. Toprevent the corrosion, the optimal ratio of oil ash to coal wasin search of in this study. The test specimens were made of SA213 - T22, which was aconventional boiler tube steel. After embedding in somemixtrues with different ratios of oil ash to coal ash, we put thespecimens in an oven at 560 ℃ ad long as 9 months, Duringtesting, we took out specimens for evaluation after expectedperiods. Some important results have been drawn as followings. (1)The property of oil ash was quite different from that of coal ash. For oil ash, the pH value was 1 - 3, and the heating value was 3,700-5,300kcal/kg. And its contents of VzOs and soluble SO��-2 were higher than 2 and 15-35 respectively. (2)Corrosion was found more srvere as incresing the ratio of oil ash to coal ash. Whereas, the detrimental influence was coal was not obvious as the ratio was less than 1/2000. (3)Normally ash content in coal was less than 10, so we suggested that the weight retio of oil ash to coal should be less than 1/2000. |
