中文摘要 | 本研究發現,IRA-458 樹脂與G-840活性碳對TOC的去除率在各個處理點間的差異 性並不大,然 IRA-458 樹脂的去除率( =70 %)較 G-840 活性碳( =60 %)為佳。而在 單管連續流方面,則發現 IRA-458 樹脂之貫穿曲線均呈急遽上升的現象,與 G-840 活性碳 之貫穿曲線以緩慢往上爬升的趨勢而達貫穿狀態截然不同。在大約相同的流速下,樹脂的貫 穿時間是活性碳的 1.6 ∼ 6.0 倍,貫穿容量則是活性碳的 1.5 ∼ 5.8 倍。至於在多管串 聯吸附實驗結果顯示, IRA-458 樹脂的平均吸附能力( adsorptive capacity )約為 1.40 g/L,為活性碳的 15 倍左右,且樹脂的使用壽限約為活性碳的 6 ∼ 22 倍, 處理流 量亦為活性碳的 4 ∼ 13 左右,顯示 IRA-458 樹脂處理能力優於 G-840 活性碳的特性。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, similar results of TOC removals on IRA-458 resin and G-840 granular activated carbon (GAC) for each sampling point were observed. Nevertheless, in order to avoid the formation of THMs, addition of resin and GAC to the intake for removing TOC is a better selection of treatment points. Single column study appeared that the breakthrough curves of resin columns were very much steeper than that of GAC columns. At approximately same flow rate, resin had 1.6 ∼ 6.0 times the breakthrough time of GAC. The breakthrough volumes of resin were 1.5 ∼ 5.8 times that of GAC. In the four serial columns study, the results showed that the adsorptive capacity for TOC by resin was 1.40 g/L and approximately up to fifteen times greater than that by GAC. Additionally, the service time of resin was higher than that of GAC by an approximately factor of 6 ∼ 22, and the treated volumes was also 4 ∼ 13 times that of GAC. Obviously, the resin IRA-458 was much more effective than activatedcarbon G-840 for removal of TOC from the drinking water supplies. |
