中文摘要 | 本研究針對木質廢棄物,將木材加工廠之加工廢料進行炭化處理,以開發木炭之新用途,供為燃料以外之其他用途使用,如水質淨化,空氣過濾材等,達到「廢棄物資源化」的目標。研究使用杉木為炭化材,在500~1000℃不同炭化溫度下,以高溫爐進行炭化處理,製造成木炭,探討其含水率,比表面積及不同炭化溫度對游離甲醛吸附,水質淨化之影響。結果隨炭化溫度提高,經調濕後杉木炭之含水率隨之增加,而Langmuir比表面積值為0.712~141.958m2/g,在炭化溫度700℃時有最大值。且杉木炭能有效地吸附粒片板所揮散的游離甲醛氣體達54%~74%,以炭化溫度800℃時有最大值。另外炭化溫度800℃之8×30mesh杉木炭對2ppm重金屬離子混合液吸附效果較佳的為As、Cr、Cu、B、Cd、Ni、Zn,以及炭化溫度800℃不同質量之60mesh杉木炭對低濃度1ppm重金屬離子混合液吸附效果較佳。 |
英文摘要 | This paper was designed to investigate that the carbonization of wooden residual including processing residual of wood process plants such as small solid wood blocks and wood-based materials, in order to develop new utilizations of charcoal. It could be considered as material for water purification and adsorb of VOC's, etc., to reach the objectives of "residuals recover as resource". China-fir (Cunninghamia lanceloata) woods were used in this study and carbonized in furnace under various carbonization temperature ranged from 500 to 1,000℃. These charcoal products were studied on moisture content, specific surface area, adsorb of formaldehyde and water purification. Results were charcoal yield decreased with carbonization temperature increasing, the specific surface area of charcoal was 0.712~141.958 m2/g. Maximum specific surface area made under 700℃, and China-fir charcoal could adsorb formaldehyde reached 54~74%, maximum adsorb ability made under 800℃. The other, 8×30mesh China-fir charcoal under carbonized temperature 800℃ showed better adsorb ability on 1ppm metal ion liquid, included ion of As、Cr、Cu、B、Cd、Ni、Zn. And the adsorb ability of different weights of 60mesh China-fir charcoal under carbonized temperature 800℃ were excellent on 1ppm metal ion liquid. |
