| 英文摘要 | A clamping-type lifting mechanism for a peanut harvester was developed in laboratory. Its main components consisted of a clamping chain, compression rod, compression bolt with a spring on it, and a power transmission unit. The physical properties of peanut stem and peg obtained in previous tests were used as design parameters. The technical feasibility and performance of the lifting mechanism were evaluated in a soil bin by simulating peanut field conditions. During the test, the forward speed of the machine was 0.12m/s while the compression chain speed was 0.22m/s in opposite direction. Results showed that the clamping and lifting efficiency for a dividing operation reached 100%, and, for a non-dividing operation, the efficiency varied between 82 and 85%. This study revealed that the clamping-type lifting principles can be sucessfully utilized for peanut harvesting. |
