中文摘要 | 青心烏龍種約佔鹿谷茶區栽培面積的98%,為了調配採茶與製茶之勞力及解決青心烏龍種罹患枝枯病之困擾。本試驗選用三個地方品種(青心烏龍、鐵觀音、武夷)及三個新育成之品種(臺茶十二、十三、十六號)在凍頂工作站進行栽培比較,田間設計採用逢機完全區集(RCBD)設計。定植成活以鐵觀音最差(61%),其餘品種皆超過84%,全年茶菁平均收量(四年生之幼木茶樹)以臺茶十六號最高,其次序為臺茶十二號、臺茶十三號、武夷、青心烏龍、鐵觀音。製造包種茶之品質則以青心烏龍、臺茶十二號較好,其次依序為鐵觀音、臺茶十三號、武夷、臺茶十六號。 從茶樹生育、茶菁劣木期之收量及不同季節之製茶品質的統計分析結果顯示,臺茶十二號及臺茶十三號在鹿谷茶區之適應性,無論在茶菁產量及製造包種茶品質方面皆可與青心烏龍相媲美;臺茶十二號及臺茶十三號為一早生種,萌芽期在二月十六日、二月十九日,而青心烏龍之萌芽期在三月十三日,在現今採摘勞力不足,製茶勞力缺乏的情況下,臺茶十二號及臺茶十三號可以考慮為栽植更新的對象 鐵觀音的品質雖然不錯,但由於其低成活率及低產量,加上秋冬季節在鹿谷茶品長期乾旱氣候下之枯死率又高,似乎沒有實質的經濟效益。至於臺茶十六號,然產量高,但其製造包種茶的品質低劣,在鹿谷茶區較不適合。 ,在鹿谷茶區較不適合。 |
英文摘要 | Almost ninety eight percent of tea plants cultivated in Luku tea area is cv Chinsin Oolong, which has created labour allocation problems of tea plucking and manufacturing. In addition , susceptibility of the cultivars to the twing die-back diseases also troubles the tea production in the area. An adaptability trial was conducted in the Tungdin substation of the Taiwan Tea Experiment Station (TTES) with 3 local cultivars (Chinsin Oolong, Tekuanyin, and Wuyi) and 3 TTES newly released cultivars (TTES Nos.12,13 and 16). Field experiment design was that of random complete block. The results showed that Tekuanyin had the lowest viability rate, 61% of all seedlings panted; whereas the survival rates after planting for the rest cultivars were around 84%.The order of year average fresh yields was TTES No.16, TTES No.12, TTES Mo.13, Chinsin Oolong. Evaluation of made-tea quality reflected that TTES No.12 had the highest scores, followed with Chinsin Oolong, Tekuanyin, TTES No.13, Wuyi, and TTES No.16, respectively. Based on tea growth, yield and quality appraisal, TTES No. 12&TTES No.13 are well adapted to the Luku area, particularly for its early matured characteristics being able to be considered as a replacing cultivar for Chinsin Oolong if field-replanting is required. In spite of sound tea quality, Tekuanyin features for its low field viability, low yield and bad drought resistance in fall and winter seasons, suggesting no substantially economic cultivation value in Luku area. As for TTES No.16, its impressive yield still cannot compensate for its lousy Paochung tea quality. Therefore, growing this cultivar in Luku area is not recommended. Luku area is not recommended. |
