中文摘要 | 本文建立一增量有限單元程序以處理不可壓縮橡膠類材料在大變形下之摩擦接觸 行為。其中,假設增量位移與增量靜水壓為獨立變數。一無因次鬆弛函數及增量型機械╱熱 鬆弛過程被應用來推導黏彈及熱黏彈橡膠類材料組成方程式。由於一調合矩陣被合併至聯立 代數方程式中,因此一般使用的方程式解法即可直接用來求解。不可壓縮性、溫差及摩擦效 應等對橡膠類材料接觸行為之影響亦被探討。 |
英文摘要 | An incremental finite element procedure is established for the finite deformation analysis of imcompressible rubber-like materials in frictional contact. The incremental displacement and incremental hydrostatic pressure are assumed as independent unknowns in the formulation. A nondimensional relaxation function and an incremental mechanical/thermal relaxation procedure are used to derive the constitutive equations of viscoelastic and thermoviscoelastic rubber-like materials. A consistent matrix is incorporated into the simultaneous algebraic equations and the general equation solver can be thus applied directly. The influences of incompressibility, temperature difference and friction on the contact behavrios of rubber-like materials are also presented. |
