中文摘要 | 隨著經濟快速發展,伴隨著政府推行市場國際化與自由化的腳步,市場環境面臨無比沈重的壓力及挑戰,這加速企業思考如何藉助資訊科技使經營能更具效率化,以免因競爭力不足而至潰敗。隨著企業間網路通訊應用觀念的日漸普及,使得跨組織資訊系統-尤其是電子資料交換一的技術逐漸受到企業界的重視。 由於政府及資訊工業策進會共同努力的推行之下,電子資料交換(Electronic Data Interchange, EDI)在國內的發展,已略有成效,許多業者也紛紛配合而爭入EDI,但究竟有哪些因素影響組織採用EDl,這是一個值得深入研究的課題。另外,企業對新科技或產品的接受程度,往往會影響EDI採用的決策,因此,本研究企圖探討影響組織採用EDl的因素;並利用自主性學習之類分子神經系統(ANM),試圖能藉由「組織採用電子資料交換」的因素,以非線性的方式學習區別及預測「企業對新科技或產品的接受程度」。 結果顯示,整體的區別預測正確率高達85.8%,「市場的競爭情形」「增加我工作的效能」及「EDI容易成為一項工作技能」等三項影響EDI採用因素,能有效的區別企業對新科技或產品的接受程度。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, inter-organizational systems play key mechanisms to streamline cross-enterprise communication, reassess business operations, re-evaluate relationship with suppliers, and enhance efficient coordination with business partners. Electronic data interchange (EDI) is considered to be a key technology for inter- organizational systems and accomplishes information management by reducing non- value-added time and eliminating redundant data entry. Therefore, an increasing amount of attention for enterprises to innovate in making EDI investment and utilizing EDI to meet competitive environments have been paid. The purposes of this study were twofold. First, it provided a research model for understanding the EDI adoption variables from a four-dimensional framework. Second, it explored the relationship between this framework and the Technology Adoption Life Cycle's categories in attempt to pursue a better understanding of EDI adoption. Given the application of an artificial neuromolecular system (ANM) with self- organizing learning characteristics, this study was able to correctly forecast and discriminate over 85% of the EDI adoption. Also, the result revealed that the proposed variables, including competitive environment, increasing efficiency, become skillful, were important indicators. |
