中文摘要 | 銲接技術的應用非常廣泛,舉凡石油與化工工業、車輛與船舶製造、建築結構與 國防工業都大量的使用銲接技術。在銲接過程中,不均勻的局部加熱和冷卻會形成殘留應力 。銲接殘留應力將影響結構的承載能力,如強度、剛度和穩定性口故本文以有限元素法進行 銲接結構熱、結構輛合模式分析,以期了解銲後殘留應力的情形。並且針對爆炸法及局部加 熱法進行降低殘留應力之研究,以提供設計銲接程序和方法的參考,進而改善銲接殘留應力 對結構的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The welding process are extensively used for the fabrication of various structures ranging from bridges and machinery to all kinds of sea-going vessels to nuclear reactors and space vehicles. It is well known that welding produces thermal stresses which cause distortion of structures and residual stresses which influence buckling strength and brittle fracture strength of welded structures. In this study, the distribution of residual stresses in a butt welded plate is investigated using the finite element method. Additionally, the effects of stress reduction with heat treatment method and explosion method are studied in this work as well. |
