中文摘要 | 利用單細胞蛋白質之生產處理技術來解決醃漬蜜餞鹽廢液之問題,並可循環利用生質源。以本省二家中型蜜餞工廠為研究取樣目標,每日平均總排放廢水(除醃漬廢液外,尚含洗果、糖漬、洗滌等其他加工流程所需之廢水)約5.5噸,平均COD值為76,363 mg/L,平均BOD/COD比值約0.78~0.84。供試驗之五種菌為:Candida tropicali, Candida utilis, Kluyveromyces fragilis, Kluyveromyces marxianus var. marxianus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae均為一般認可之食用安全菌(GRAS)。其中以K. marxianus經本實驗室馴化後可耐鹽度高達18%成果良好。研究結果顯示其最適pH為4.2頗接近工廠總醃漬廢水,可省卻調酸鹼之步驟,而最適C/N比約為14。在鹽度3%以下時,菌體產量可達每公升13克以上,在鹽度13%時,產量亦可達每公升7克以上。因廢液BOD/COD約0.8左右,故其發酵產能高,一次處理COD去除率達83%以上。 |
英文摘要 | Use of single cell protein production solving the problem of high salt content waste water produced from preserve factories in order to meet the current official requirements and to recycle the biomass was studied. Waste water and waste brine were sampled from two CAS preserves plants. The average total effluent was 5.5 metric tons per day, which had 76,363 mg/L COD and a 0.78~0.84 BOD/COD ratio. Five General Recognized As Safe (GRAS) strains Candida tropicali, Candida utilis, Kluyveromyces fragilis, Kluyveromyces marxianus var. marxianus, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, were tested. Among these strains, a cultivar of K. marxianus was tamed to tolerate 18% salt content. Results indicated that an optimal pH of 4.2 and C/N ratio of 14 met the requirements for both waste characteristics and yeast growth. A maximum of 13g and 7g dry weight cell mass per liter was obtained from 3% and 13% salt contained diluted brine, respectively. Due to the high BOD/COD ratio, 83% of the total COD could be remove in a single treatment. |
