中文摘要 | 本研究使用全剛性 (wholly-rigid) 芳香族聚醯胺 (Aramid),聚 (間一次苯基間笨醯胺) poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PPIA) 來改質傳統醚型聚氫基甲酸脂 (PU) 以製成不同組成之PUIPPIA嵌狀共聚合體樹脂,並使用濕式直接塗佈加工方法將所製成不同組成之PUIPPIA嵌狀共聚合體塗佈於Nylon-6細丹尼不織布之基材上以製成人工皮革。以超細丹尼不織布做為底布之人工皮革,真有柔軟性好,觸感佳之特性。本研究採用Nylor吋細丹尼針軋布為底布先經壓吸PUIPPIA嵌狀共聚合體樹脂,再塗佈而成,因其具有極似真皮肉面外觀與觸感,可嘗試做出極似真皮之人工皮革,並探討其透濕防水加工性能,撕裂強度,爆破強度,抗張強度,透濕度,耐水壓 (防水性),柔軟 (手感)度等,並與傳統之人工皮革比較。最後,由實驗結果顯示,以PUIPPIA樹脂所製成之人工皮革其抗張強度,撕裂強度,爆破強度,柔軟性及防水性;較傳統PU樹脂所製成之人工皮革佳,同時我們尋找一適合PUIPPIA樹脂之防水透濕加工條件。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the traditional polyurethane was modifed with whollyrigid Aramid poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PPIA) and reinforced by copolymerization and then the artificial leather was produced by wet-coagu-lating in which the PU/PPIA block compolymers resin was applied to base (Nylon-6 fine denier nonwoven fabric). The artificial leather made of fine denier nonwoven fabric has good touch feeling and softness. So that, in this study we take one processes to manufacture the artificial leather nonwoven fabric base process, they were deeping in to the PU/PPIA block copolymer resins and then coating PUIPPIA block copolymer resins. The products have touch feeling and surface of natural leather, the tensile strength, tear strength, bursting strength, waterresistance, water-vapor permeability and softness will be tested and compared with artificial leather. Finally, from the results of experimental, it was shown that the artificial leather with PUIPPIA block copolymer resins exhibited the tensile strength, tear strength, bursting strength, softness and water-resistance better then the artificial leather with traditional polyurethane resin and we found a good process of water-resistance and water-vapor permeability. |
