中文摘要 | 工業界廣泛應用之管路設施,由於其配件種類多,且格式不一,因此管路之設 計繪圖可說是極為耗時之工程。本文透過AutoCAD開放架構特性與其內建AutoLISP程式語 言之支援,建立管路繪圖自動化系統,以解決其繪製過程所遭遇之繁瑣。首先經由系統分 析方式,建立螺紋、凸緣、熔接及揮承接合等四大子系統,以擴大系統應用範圍,然後將 各子系統間以螢幕輸入介面程式予以整合,以增進系統使用之彈性。研究結果顯示,利用 幻燈片圖像提供管路元件之選擇樣式,除可增強系統使用之親和性外,而可逆之螢幕輸入 系統設計方式,更可簡化管路繪製過程,達成符合經濟效益之要求。 |
英文摘要 | Although pipe installations are widely used in industry, the design drawing of pipes has been extremely time consuming because of the numerous types of accessories and their different standards. This study develops a pipe drawing system by means of the open architecture characteristics of AutoCAD and its built-in AutoLISP language which will solve the complexity faced during the drawing process. First of all, the four subsystems of screw, flange, welding and socket 'oints are established through system analysis to expand the system application. Then the subsystems are integrated by the screen input interface pro-ram to increase the flexibility of the system application. The study results show that the slide icons used in this study to provide the selec tions of pipe devices increase the friendliness of system application. In addition, the system design with a reversible screen input method further simplifies the pipe drawing process, and meets the needs of cost effectiveness. |
