中文摘要 | 本文旨在建立開放架構彈性整合系統,並經由齒輪模組範例說明系統發展之理念與方法。利用AutoCAD為系統主控環境之規劃下,以C語言及Auto LISP語言,分別建立齒輪設計、繪圖與製造等三大模組化系統,各子系統間則透過介面程式與下拉式功能表製作方式,完成系統之彈性整合。研究結果顯示,齒輪模組彈性整合系統之實現,使其在操作過程中被賦予彈性運用之功能;如此,不僅解決過去CAD/CAM整合系統所常見編狹與缺乏彈性之缺失,而開放架構系統設計方式,更增強系統未來發展之潛力。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to establish a flexible integrated system in open architecture, and to describe concepts and methods of system development by using gear module models. This system comprises the major controlling environment of AutoCAD to govern three moduling subsystems of gear design, drawing and manufacturing written by C and AutoLISP languages. By coding the interface program and pull-down menu, the flexible integration was completed. Results of this study indicate that the flexible integrated system of gear module is given with flexible manipulative function during the process of system operation. With such function, not only those defects such as narrowness and inflexibility usually occurred in CAD/CAM integrated system of the previous investigation can be solved, the method of system design in open architecture will also enhance the developing potential of system for the future. |
