中文摘要 | 本文利用 AutoCAD 開放架構特性與其內建 AutoLISP 語言之支援,並配合座標判 斷螢幕輸入法之系統設計方式,發展平板凸輪多功能彈性整合系統,以解決過去凸輪整合系 統功能不全與缺乏彈性之缺失。本系統除提供平板凸輸各種運動曲線之彈性組合設計功能外, 另外亦提供相關設計圖形之繪製、CAD/CAM 圖形之轉換、動態路徑之模擬及設計座標之編輯 與列印等多種選擇性功能,可因應設計修正及生產之需求。研究結果顯示,透過開放式螢幕 輸入法所發展之凸輪整合系統,除具有傳統交談式設計法親和性之優點外,並具有彈性整合 功能。而系統可逆之設計與輸出功能,更達成簡化設計過程與提升設計品質之雙重要求。 |
英文摘要 | This study uses the AutoCAD open architecture with its built-in support of the AutoLISP language, in coniunction with the system design of a coordinate-identification screen input method to develop a multi-function flexible integrated system of plate cams. The purpose is to remedy the lack in the function and flexibility of previous plate cam integrated systems. This system offers the function of flexibile combination of all kinds of motion curves for the design of plate cams. Besides, it also offers a number of optional functions such as the the generation of design drawings, the transfer of CAD/CAM graphic data, the simulation of dynamic paths, and the editing and printing of design coordinates, which can accommodate the needs of design revisions and production. The study result show that in addition to the advantage of the traditional friendly dialogue design, the plate cam integrated system developed through an open screen input method also possesses the function of flexible integration. Besides, the function of reversible system design and output further achieves the dual purposes of simplifying the design process and upgrading the design quality. |
