中文摘要 | 近年來,阻燃性纖維因受市場景氣需求之影響,已逐漸成為新纖維素材開發之新寵。大部份阻燃性纖維的製造目前均係在聚合、抽絲過程中改質或添加難燃劑。這種纖維改質過程中,對於織維之摩擦力與抱合力皆會有相當程度影響,除了纖維摩擦力可在纖維階段加以測試比較外,棉條或粗紗牽伸力測試,更是觀察纖維間在牽伸過程中移動狀態,以致影響成紗品質不可或缺之工具。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the market requirement, flame retartart fibers, in recent years have increasingly become the fiber favoriate among the functional fiber developments. As we have known, most of permanent flame retardant fibers are obtained by modifying the fiber spinning process or incorporating the flame retardant additives to the fibers, The fiber surface properties have been changed accordingly such as fiber friction and cohesion proper-ties. Although fiber friction coefficient test can be used to identify the fiber surface characteristic in an early stage, the drafting force test should be used in a sliver or roving form to study the fiber movement during the draftingprocess. |
