英文摘要 | 本文以漢米頓原理來推導具摩擦之撓性連桿之有限單元系統方程式,並根據此一 系統方程式來分析一滑塊四連桿機構之動態接觸問題。滑塊四連桿機構中滑塊與地板之接觸 問題是以轉換矩陣法來處理,並以蓋揚自由度縮減法來考慮機構中之剛性無摩擦旋轉接頭。 連桿機構之動態運動在每一瞬間假設為瞬時機構,此時作用力為機構運動學分析所得之慣性 力與施加外力負載之總和。文中藉由改變幾何尺寸、摩擦力和轉速等參數來觀察各項參數對 機構動態響應的影響。 m are the summation of external and inertial forces. The revolute joint of the mechanism was assumed frictionless and the degrees of freedom of joint were reduced according to the Guyan reduction method. The contact frictional force and normal reactions between the slider of the mechanism and the rigid floor are obtained by means of a transformation matrix. The dynamic response of the mechanism was assessed by varying geometric sizes and the frictional coefficient between the slider and the contacting surface at various angular velocities of the crank. |
