中文摘要 | 本研究探討石墨纖維及其石墨層間化合物之結構與導電性。吾人使用X光繞射及 掃描式電子顯微鏡來鑑定其結構及表面形態。在石墨纖維層間化合物之製備上,吾人使用硝 酸當作插入物質,而石墨纖維母材財使用兩種具不同結構秩序性之瀝青系碳纖維以及經高度 石墨化之 T700 聚丙烯晴系碳纖維,以探討母材結構對石墨層間化合物之結構與導電性之影 響。吾人將討論其結構參數與導電性之關係。實驗結果顯示,對所使用之三種碳纖維,其石 墨層之堆疊高度與其導電性有相互關聯。 |
英文摘要 | The structure and electrical resistivity of graphite fibers and their intercalation compounds were studied in this paper. The structure and morphology were characterized using X-ray diffraction and SEM. HNO �� was used as intercalant in the preparation of graphite fiber intercalation compounds. Two different types of pitch-based carbon fibers with different graphite structural disorder and the highly graphitized T700 PAN-based carbon fibers were used in the sample preparation in order to study the host effects on the structure and electrical resistivity. The relationship between structural parameters and electrical resistivity was discussed. Well correlation between stack size and electrical resistivity was found for two types of pitch-based and one type of PAN-based carbon fibers. |
