中文摘要 | 本文藉分析層級程序法(AHP)和灰色關聯分析模型(GRAM)提出一個評估武器 系統的新方法。在模糊的屬性量化後,將準則中模糊的屬性轉換成區間比例並顧及到屬性單 位不一致問題。可由分析層級程序法求得,運用在灰色關聯分析模型方案決策的各準則的相 關權重。在判定過程中亦需求一致度測試。為評估選擇方案的優先順序,可利用多準則評估 的灰色關聯分析模型的計算程序。最後的結論是無論辨別係數( DC )為何,評估選擇方案 的優先順序是相同地。 但當 DC=0.1,更能明顯且輕易地辨別選擇方案間的差異。吾人並應 用於一個防空快砲武器系統選擇和評估的例子,展示此一新的方法及其實用意義。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, a new algorithm based upon Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Grey Relation Analysis Model (GRAM) of the grey system is proposed for evaluating weapon systems. We transform the fuzzy attributes into interval scales, then consider the problem of incommensurable units of attributes after the quantification of fuzzy attributes. The relative weights of the criteria is obtained by using AHP method and used analysis in the GRAM decision. The consistency test is requisite for the judgment process. In order to evaluate the ranking order of the alternatives, we utilize the calculation procedures of multiple criteria evaluation of GRAM. The results of ranking order of this alternatives evaluation are tantamount. As the Discrimination Coefficient (DC) of grey relation increase, the closeness index distance between the first alternative and the last alternative tends to close each other. When DC is equal to 0.1, we could obviously and easily discriminate the difference among the alternatives, so that DC isencouraged to be 0.1 better than others. As a meaningful and practical tool, the new algorithm is applied to a weapon system evaluation and selection problem. |
