中文摘要 | 本研究是利用統計套裝軟體SPSS中的因素分析,將受檢測之堆肥樣本的影響因子(包含化學性因子與生物性因子)分類,以便說明每個成分中不同影響因子對堆肥腐熟的共同影響性,計算並分析其成分變異量。結果四組處理其球形檢定的顯著性皆為0.000,表示取樣因子適合做因素分析;另外,在取樣適切性方面,土壤法、濾液法與混合法的0.631、0.633與0.633皆比化學分析法0.622的係數值來的高,顯示堆肥腐熟的判定,除了檢測堆肥化學成分外,必須結合生物分析的方法才可靠。在解說總變異量方面:混合法(75.3%)>化學分析法(72.6%)>濾液法(70.1%)>土壤法(69.3%),顯示若以種子發芽率做為堆肥腐熟的指標,應以總變異量最大,解釋力較佳的混合法為主要評價方式。依因素分析與主成分分析的結果,可將影響堆肥品質的因素,分成四類:(1)影響堆肥品質的成分:水分。(2)影響土壤物性的成分:灰分、pH值與全氧化鉀。(3)影響土壤化學性的成分:銅、全磷酐及鋅。(4)影響土壤生物性的成分:總氮、碳氮比及電導度。其中水分是決定堆肥腐熟與否的重要關鍵因素。若堆肥含水量愈低時,其改良土壤物理性的效果愈不顯著,且濾液法發芽率會隨銅、全磷酐及鋅濃度的增加而降低;反之,若堆肥含水量愈高時,則改良土壤物理性效果會愈顯著,對濾液法發芽率也會提升。至於土壤法發芽率與水分、pH值呈負相關,而與銅、全磷酐、鋅及碳氮比呈正相關,顯示土壤本身的緩衝效果較佳,能在堆肥含水量較低,pH值較低、含氮量不高及微量重金屬濃度較高的條件下,讓種子維持八成的發芽率。 |
英文摘要 | In consideration of the factors that affect the quality of live stock manure, this study tries to use factor analysis to classify the factors including chemical and biological factors which contribute to the composting, and to figure out the variation of each factor. The result of the analysis is not significant, the value is under zero (<0.000), and it means the sampling factors are good for factor analysis. About the adaptability of sampling, the value germination percentage of soil method (0.631), fitered method (0.633), and mixed method (0.633) are higher than chemical analysis (0.622). This result shows only chemical compost component rather than the bio-chemical analysis could not decide the compost quality. In terms of the determination of total variation degree, mixed method (75.3%) > chemical analysis (72.6%) > filtered method (70.1%) > soil method (69.3%). If the seed germination percentage could be the composting indicator, the mixed method would be the best evaluation way because of total variation and explanation. Upon the results of factor analysis, there are four kinds of factor (1) moisture content which affects compost quality, (2) ash content, pH value and K₂O which affects soil physical component (3) Cu, Zn, P₂O[8fa3] which affects soil chemical component. (4) total nitrogen, C/N ratio and EC that affects soil biological component. The less of moisture content, the less significant of soil physical improvement. However, the more the moisture contents, the higher germination percentage. As to the total evaluation of germination percentage of soil method, germination percentage and moisture content, pH value is negative relationship. The germination percentage and Cu, P₂O[8fa3], Zn, C/N ratio are positive reltionship. Based on these results, the soil itself has better buffer affect that could maintain 80% germination percentage under lower moisture content, lower pH value, higher heavy mental density and lower total nitrogen. |
