中文摘要 | 哺乳類動物心藏神經節由數團之神經細胞組成,散佈在心房之外膜下方,接受 由延腦之迷走神經背運動核及疑核之節前神經纖維控制,而心臟神經節之神經細胞發出之節 後神經纖維支配心臟肌肉及傳導系統,為了瞭解這些神經細胞之分佈位置,以為進一步研究 之基礎,本研究利用連續切片的技術以及電腦構圖配合三度空間再組合的技術,建立心臟神 經節之分佈的模型。 新生大白鼠經心臟灌流固定後,將心臟脫水,石蠟包埋,連續切片,染色後,於光學顯 微鏡下觀察含有神經節之連續切片,以五取一之方式,選出連續之切片35片,將切片整個構 造照成相片後,以描圖器將構造外形描繪並輸入電腦建檔,於全部之35片存檔後,再以三度 空間重組合之程式,將全部連續切片構造之影像重組,並將心臟神經節以不同之顏色顯示。 由組成之影像了解心臟神經節共4群,分佈於心房後壁與大血管根部之間,第一群位於 右心房後壁,第二群位於左心房後壁上方,第三群位於右心房後壁下方,第四群位於心房中 膈後方,心房間溝,以第四群最大,第一群次之。四群神經節經細胞之間,第一群與其他群 神經節細胞,並未有連接之情況。第二群與第三群之下端細胞結合而成第四群。 由於三度空間重組之程式相當完整,且可以任何角度分割切面,因此可提供非常詳細及 立體化的資料,可確實了解心臟神經節與其周圍構造間之立體關係,有助於進行其他研究。 |
英文摘要 | In mammals, cardiac ganglia are consisted of several grops of ganglion cells, which are located under the epicardium of atria. The ganglion cells are innervated by preganglionic nerve fibers of the dorsal moter nucleus of vagus nerve and the ambiguus nucleus in the medulla oblongata. The postganglionlc nerve fibers regulate the contraction of cardiac muscles and the conducting system of heart. It is our aim to study the localization of cardiac ganglia in the heart and the relationship to the nearby structure of newborn rat. The technique of the computerized three-dimensional reconstruction is used for building the model of the distribution of cardiac ganglia. Aften the perfusion transcardially with neutral formalin, the heart and surrounding structures were removed from the newborn rat, dehydrated in graded alcohols, embedded in the paraffin and then serially sectioned. In the serial sections, one section was picked from five continuous sections and observed under the light microscope. The section contained ganglion cells was photographed and printed. From the enlarged photomicrograph, the heart was scanned, the ganglion cells was labelled, and all data were stored in the computer. Finally, the images from continuous 35 sections were then three-dimensionally reconstructed by MCID program. The results show that four groups of ganglion cells distribute on the posterior wall of atria and around the root of large blood vessels. The group 1 is located on the superior part of the posterior wall of right atrium, the group 2 is located on the superior part of the posterior wall of left atrium, the group 3 is located on the lower part of the posterior wall of right atrium, and the group 4 is located in the interatrial groove. The size of group is varied, the size of the group 4 is the biggest, whereas that of the group 2 is the second. Within four group of ganglion cells, the group 1 is isolated from the other groups, however, the distal end of the group 2 is joined together with that of group 3 and form the group 4. From the image of 3-D reconstuction, the detail structures of cardiac ganglia and its relations to the structures of the heart of newborn rat are clearly understood. The model of the localization of cardiac ganglia will support the further study of neurology and electrophysiology. |
