中文摘要 | 製造策略的基本概念乃是「重視製造功能之積極主動的角色,並進而以製造功能 作為企業的競爭武器。」然而,企業能否積極地以製造功能來取得競爭優勢,實與製造部門 在企業經營決策過程中扮演的角色(製造部門角色)有密切的關聯。由此可見,製造部門角 色對製造策略之影響極其重要。 本論文主要針對過去文獻中較被為忽略的課題來研究製造策略,期能建立更完整的製造策略 理論。研究包括二大點,即( 1 )製造部門角色的涵義;( 2 )製造目標與製造能力之差 距或與一致性的觀念。這些都是過去文獻中較少從理論去探討或缺乏實證研究。 |
英文摘要 | The fundamental concept of the manufacturing strategy is to highly evaluate the active and creative part the manufacturing function takes, and furthermore to make it a competing asset or arms of the corporation against their rival. However, how the corporation can affectively take the advantage of the manufacturing function to get the priority in the course of hard competition is in effect closely relative with the role the manufacturing department play during the management's decision making procedure. In this regard, the role the manufacturing department plays has a profound influence on its manufacturing strategy. The research itself covers two basic issues, A) the implication of the role of the manufacturing department, B) the concept of the gap for manufacturing objective and manufacturing capability and the consistency. These are the issues either seldom discussed on the theory basis or lacking empirical research. |
