中文摘要 | 本研究係探討含水率對被覆材料耐火性能之影響。試驗工法採用低污染性之溼式噴覆工法,材料則以岩棉為主材料,並以普通卜特蘭水泥及工業用石膏作為黏結材。試體製作完成後置於不同養護環境下,觀試體含水率之變化,最後模擬建築火災標準時間-溫度曲線之加勢方式進行耐火試驗,依此探討含水率與耐水時效及停滯時間之關係。試驗結果顯示:被覆材料之含水率將隨試體之斷面因素、養護環境、養護齡期及材料組成配比而異;且含水率之高低影響耐火性能甚鉅,在高含水率情形下會造成較長之停滯時間,致使被覆材料具有較長之耐火時效;且當含水率低於10%時將不具停滯時間。 |
英文摘要 | This study was mainly to inspect the effect of water adsorption on coating material. In the test, low-polluted wet coating method was adopted, and rockwool was used as the main test material. In addition, portland cement and industrial gypsum were employed as the cementitious materials. Specimens were respectively cured in different environments, and the chang of water adsorption in specimens were observed and recorded during curing. Finally, the fire resistance test on heating of fire standard temperature-timing curve of building was modelled to study the relationship among water adsorption, fire resistance duration and delay time. tested results showed that the section factor of specimens, curing condition, curing aged and constitutive material would affect the water adsorption of coating material. In the condition of the higher water adsorption would make the longer delay time, so had the batter fire resistance performance. On the contray, when the water adsorption was lower than 10%, the insulation would bear no delay time. |
