中文摘要 | 石膏之添加對水泥混凝土而言相當重要,然而以往之研究侷限於巨觀性 質之探討,對微觀性質之詮釋甚少。本研究主要目的乃透過顯微照片,及孔隙量 測技術來探討石膏對水泥漿體性質影響的因素。研究結果顯示,石膏之添加不僅 影響強度、乾縮變形、水化速率,而且明顯造成顯微晶相及孔隙系統的改變)因 而水泥漿體性質之變化可以利用微觀性質加以印證。 |
英文摘要 | Adding gypsum to cement clinker is fairly important for controllingthe properties of concrete. Previous study of the effect of gypsum on theproperty of cement paste was limited to macroscopic level, but not to microstructure change. The major purpose of this study is to use SEM and MIPtechniques to investigate the effect of gypsum on the properties of cementpaste. The result indicates that adding gypsum not only affects compressivestrength, drying shrinkage and autoclave expansion; but also significantlyaffects SEM micrograph and pore structure of cement paste. Therefore,SEM and MIP techniques can be employed to explain the reason why theproperty of cement paste was changed due to adding gypsum materials. |
