中文摘要 | 眼球脈波是當我們測量眼壓時,所表現出的眼球脈動頻波。此種眼球脈 波和眼球脈絡膜血流循環有關。而近視性黃斑部萎縮所表現出的是脈絡膜及網膜 的萎縮,所以我們懷疑脈絡膜血流循環是造成黃斑部萎縮的主因。我們利用Alcon 氣壓式眼壓計來測量眼球脈波並探討其和近視及黃斑部病變之關係。我們計研究 258位病患(516眼)。結果顯示眼球脈波和年齡,屈光度、眼軸長,半月斑大小及 黃斑部萎縮之程度有關,但和眼壓無關。近視度數愈高,眼軸長愈長則眼球脈波 愈低,黃斑部萎縮愈嚴重。眼球脈波低於0.5mmHg是高危險因子,可以預測近視 性黃斑部萎縮之可能。所以,循環障礙可能是產生黃斑部萎縮的主因。(慈濟醫 學1995;7:277-283) |
英文摘要 | Ocular pulse amplitude is expressed as the fluctuation of an intraocular pressure within each cardiac cycle, aphenomenon observed during measurement of intraocular pressure. The pulse is generated by the choroidal bloodflow. Myopic maculopathy is characterized by thinning and atrophy of the retina and choroid, suggesting thatchoroidal blood flow may be an important factor contributing to it. We used Alcon Pneumotonography to study theocular pulse amplitude of myopic patients and analyzed its correlations with myopia and myopic maculopathy. Totally258 patients (516 eyes) were included in this study. The results show that a decrease of ocular pulse amplitudecorrelated directly with increase of age, refractive error, axial length, the size of the crescent and the degree of myopicmaculopathy. But, the change of ocular pulse amplitude did not correlated with the intraocular pressure. The greater ofthe myopia and the longer of axial length, the lower of ocular pulse amplitude and the more severe the maculopathy.Ocular pulse amplitude of less than 0.5mmHg is a high risk factor which can be used to predict the likelihood ofmyopic maculopathy.
