中文摘要 | 為使製漿工廠原料終年供應不斷,探討鐘麻收穫後貯存方法對紙漿原料品質之影響以及降低成本之方法。將收穫後之植株地上部應用0.5%硫酸銅液、0.5%貝芬得液二種噴藥處理方法以及翻堆法、濕堆法二種不噴藥方法分別予以貯存,經過不同貯存時間後湖定並統計分析地上部失重率,精洗麻拉力及桿壓力等紙漿原料品質之差異顯著性。 試驗結果顯示:鐘麻收穫時不必除葉直接將新鮮植株地上部噴灑0.5%貝芬得液堆積貯存於田間經一個月後運回工廠製漿,對紙漿原料品質無影響且能降低成本;韌皮部織維於貯存二至六個月其拉力受影響;木質部纖維於前有四至六個月其品質方受影響。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum post-harvest storage in improving the quality of pulping material of kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.). The 0.5% copper sulfate/carbendazim + metiram solutions, and re-amass, wetamass were used to treat the fresh kenaf shoot after harvest. Thelost weight percentage of storaged shoot, tensile strength of 1 gram retted kenaf and stress strength of dried core were compared. The results showed that the treatment of 0.5% carbendazim + metiram solution for one month after harvest had no significant effect, compare to the fresh harvest material, on pulping quality and thus can reduce cost. The tensile strength of phloem fiber and stress strength of xylem fiber were reduced after two or four months storage respectively. |
