中文摘要 | 粉末狀三聚氰胺-尿素甲醛膠之使用極其方便,只要加水攪拌即可,在講 求時效性之工業界,廣為使用:因而,文中將粉末狀三聚氰胺-尿素甲醛膠與水分 別以重量比1:0.5、1:0.7、1:1及1:1.5之比例調配,以瞭解其黏度變化及膠化時間, 並測定木材抗剪膠合強度及中密度纖維板木釘接合強慢。實驗結果如上: 1. 粉末狀三聚氰胺-尿素甲醛調配時之水量增加時,可大為降低其黏度並延長可 使川時間。 2. 四種調配比例中,除楓木之耐水及耐溫水抗剪膠合強度呈現無顯著性差異 外,紅櫟木及冰片樹之抗剪膠合強度則以調配比例1:1.5者呈現較差之結果。 綜合比較後,以調配比例1:0.7及1:1者具較佳之抗剪膠合強度。 3. 纖維板之木釘接合靜曲及引拔強度以1:1時強度最高。 4. 試驗結果顯示粉末狀三聚氰胺-尿素甲醛膠可依實際作業狀況,酌量添加水量 調配使用。 |
英文摘要 | It is convenient of using powder resin by adding water to the rsin.They are used widly in furniture manufacturers. The cost and thebonding shear strength of powder resin may be affected by the water.In this study, melamine urea formaldehyde powder resin was mixed withwater according to 1:0.5,1:0.7,1:1 and 1: 1.5 in mixed ratio by weight. We desired to understanding the basic properties of resin which it haveincreased water. Wood bonding shear strength, bending and withdrawalstrength of dowels joint for medium-density fiberboard were thendetermined from tests of respective specimens. The results are follows: 1. The viscosity can be decreased by increasing water and helped to prolong the working life in adding water to the powder resin. 2. There are no significant difference among the bonding shear strength of wet and 60 ℃ water soaked test for those formulation in maple. The wood bonding shear strength of 1:1.5 was poor than the others in red oak and kapour. The results showed the ratios of 1:0.7 and 1:1 have the best wood bonding shear strength. 3. The ratio of 1:1 for melamine urea formaldehyde powder resin has the largest bending and withdrawal strength of dowels joint on fiberboard. 4. 1t is recommended that it can increase additional water to the powder resin according to the working properties. |
