中文摘要 | 成本低廉且迅速方便之氣槍釘接,目前廣用於家具結構上。因而,本文意在探討T型板釘之釘長及釘支數,對於木材及MDF釘接強度之影響。試驗結果如下:1.二種材料之釘接引拔及抗剪強度,隨釘長及釘支數之增加,而明顯提昇強度。2.釘長及釘支數對二種材料之釘接引拔及抗剪膠合強度,影響並不顯著。3.木材的釘接及釘接膠合強度比MDF高出約2.2倍。4.不同釘長之釘接引拔膠合強度比釘接引拔強度高出約2.3倍,且隨釘支數增加而縮小其差距。5.不同釘長釘接抗剪膠合強度比釘接剪力強度高出約7.6倍,且隨釘支數增加而縮小其差距。 |
英文摘要 | Lower cost and greater versatility are the two of the primary advantage of brad joint for furniture construction. Performance tests were carried out in wood and MDF jointed with brad to determine joint strength as a function of brad leg length and number of brads. Test results were summarized as follows: 1. The strength of brad joint increased significant as increase of brad leg length and number of brads in wood and MDF material. 2. Brad leg length and number of brads had no significant on the bonding strength of brad joint in wood and material. 3. The ratio of wood to MDF on bonding strength and strength of brad joint was approximately 2.2. 4. The ratio of bonding withdrawal strength to withdrawal strength of brad joint was approximately 2.3, and the difference can be reduced by increasing number of brads. 5. The ratio of bonding shear strength to shear strength of brad joint was approximately 7.6, and the difference can be reduced by increasing number of brads. |
