| 中文摘要 | 本研究主要在探討癒傷處埋、貯藏溫度和包裝方法對種薑長期貯藏之影 響。試驗結果如下: 一、 種薑在收穫後經癒傷處理,能有效降低種薑貯藏期間之腐損率。癒傷處 理日數以10天為佳,處理日數太久會造成種薑失水過多,影響種薑之貯 藏時間和品質。 二、 種薑之貯藏溫度以13~15℃為宜,10℃以下之低溫易導致寒害,造成腐 損反而不利於種薑貯藏。 三、 就包裝方法而言,對於種薑腐損之影響,若貯藏溫度適宜,受包裝材料 之影響不顯著;但若貯藏溫度不適宜,則受包裝材料之影響甚大。 |
| 英文摘要 | Effects of curing treatment, storage temperature and packaging material on the quality retaining of ginger seed rhizomes stored for propagationwere extensively investigated. Curing treatment periods included 1,10,20and 30 days. Storage temperatures were 8,10,13 and 15℃.Packaging materialswere polyethylene plastic bag, vermiculite and river sand. Main results of theinvestigation are summarized. 1.Increase of curing treatment period decreased the decay percentage of gin ger seed rhizomes during storage. 2.The optimum storage temperature of ginger seed rhizomes was ranged from13 ℃ to 15 ℃. Chilling in jury occurred at the temperatures bellowlO℃and resulted in increase of decay percentage of ginger seed rhizomes during storage. 3.Packaging materials were closely related to the quality retaining of gin ger seed rhizomes during storage. The decay percentages, when ginger seed rhizomes were packaged with PE, vermiculite and river sand, and then stored at 13℃ for 4 months, were 1.2, 1.3 and 3.2 .respectively. |
