中文摘要 | 自從1960年代精神醫學界興起去機構化運動以來,治療與照顧精神病患的最終目標,不僅是他們居住在社區而已,而是協助病患再面對社會、家庭生活,並能有較好的適應能力。我們本著協助病患恢復日常生活照顧的需要,設立了『住院病患日常生活訓練團體』,由三位護理人員帶領病患參與,活動共計十二次,每週兩次,每次一小時,首先以主題為導向做暖身遊戲,以加強團體的凝聚加和促進國體的和諧氣氛,並有利各成員進人主題,再團體治療的功能以達病患日常生活訓練的目的,其目的有四:(一)促進病患了解自己與他人生活環境、彼此分享生活經驗。(二)增加病患在食、衣、住、行、娛藥等日常生活安排的能力。(三)增加溝通相互切磋學習學習機會。(四)增加病患參與團體活動之意願。本團體運作採結構性的團體方式,透過團體治療理論推動病患的經驗分享、支持與鼓勵等團體有利因子以達治療效果。除此之外,尚能提供支持、增加成就感及陂低病患的焦慮首害怕。治療者採用觀察記錄及病患目卷調查,治療者在帶園體所所遭遇到的困擾,以Yalom的理論加以分析,藉此次團體治療實務訓練的經驗做初步成果探討及提供經驗與同業分享。 |
英文摘要 | The ultimate goals of psychiatric patient care and treatment are not only to let the patient return to the community, but also to prepare them to face social and family life with good self-care ability. We have organized "the daily life training group for the inpatient" to help patients recover the ability to care fro themselves. The program involved twelve sessions, two sessions per week, one hour per session. Warm-up activities were designed to enhance group cohesiveness and harmony. Following these, we introduced the theme of each lesson. The themes were: (1)Understanding of personal and group living environments through sharing idividual experience, (2)self-expression of the patients' daily routine in such areas as food, clothes, housing, walking, and recreation, (3)enhancement of the patient's communication ability. (4)active participation in ward activity. In addition to the structural pattern of the group, we have utilized some therapeutic factors of the group such as sharing experiences, support, and encouragement. We also provided support, satisfaction and decreased patients' fear and anxiety. Eventually we analyzed the observation notes and questionnaires according to Yalom's theory. This preliminary study also reported the treatment result and the difficulties the group of therapists met. |
