中文摘要 | 國內對於乾式輕量牆之隔音性能,缺乏實驗量劃資,本研究乃針對這類構造,在音響實驗皺應用『音強法』量測各類輕量隔牆於各1/3八度音程頻率的聲音透過損失值。此外,亦對各類輕量隔間牆應用於建築物之可行性進行分類。在89片輕量構造中,以D曲線標準為基準之TLD值而言,以3mm夾板中空雙層牆之隔音性能最差,只有TLD-15。隔音性能最佳者為雙面雙層石膏板之中空填棉牆可達到TDL-45;此三片試體都屬於雙面雙層牆,均達到D-45,可應用於集合住宅、辦公室、學等建築物之隔間牆。若要再提高隔音性能,可將中空填棉牆之骨架為獨立間柱式,或者將雙層牆與其他類牆組合成多層牆,隔音性能可達TLD-50以上。 |
英文摘要 | In architectural acoustics, many kinds of lightweight walls are designed for buildings. In past days, very few people studied on the sound insulation of lightweight walls. In this study, the sound transmission loss of lightweight walls is measured in the acoustics laboratory by using sound intensity method. Therefore, their sound insulation can be assessed and be classified for application in architecture by basing on D curve evaluation standard. As regarding the eighty-nine lightweight walls are described, the one-layer 3mm plywood being attached to each side of 60mm wooden studs is the worst one. Its corresponding TLD value is 15. and double-layer gypsum panels being attached to each side of 100mm steel studs, in which a 50mm glasswool is installed in its cavity, is the best one with TLD value of 49. when a double-layer gypsum panels is attached to each side of 100mm steel studs, the corresponding TLD value is 46. Also, the double layers of gypsum panel and a mineral panel, of which are attached to 65mm steel studs in which a 50mm glasswool blanket is filled in its cavity, will have the TLD value of 45. discussing top three, having TLD value beyond 45, of the lightweight walls as described above can be for the building designs of housing, office and school. Otherwise, the sound transmission loss of lightweight wall can be increased to TLD value of 50 by replacing the common studs by a independent stud or combining with a different kind of layer to produce a complex multi--layer wall. |
