中文摘要 | 本研究對臺灣1050家廠商主持人進行之問卷調查,使用節制迴歸分析與t檢定,得出如下之結論:1.使用製造科技之廠商,若為有機結構,增加其高階管理之興業家取向,將正面影響其績效;反之,若為機械結構,則增加其高階管理之興業家取向,將負面影響其績效。2.使用服務科技之廠商則上述假設無法成立。3.使用製造科技之廠商,其為有機結構配興業家風格之組合者,績效顯著高於其它之組合;而使用服務科技之廠商,其為機械結構配保守風格之組合者,績效麗顯著高於其它之組合。 |
英文摘要 | According to the data from surveyed 1050 firms management in Taiwan, this paper presents the results of moderated regression analysis and other Statistical methods, and report conclusions as follows: 1. The following statement is valid in firms using manufacturing technology; but is invalid in firms using service technology:” In organically-structured firms, increases in top management’s entrepreneurial orientation will positively influence performance; in mechanistically-structured firms, increases in top management’s entrepreneurial orientation will negatively influence performance. 2. If firms in manufacturing technology are organically-structured and entrepreneurial orientated, their performance will be higher; on the other hand, if firms in service technology are mechanistically-structured an conservative orientated, their performance will also be higher. |
